Kristen and Jake’s engagement session is one I won’t soon forget. We communicated for months leading up to their photoshoot to create exactly the right mood.

I have changed my attitude towards my photography sessions. I’ve always loved taking photos but I’m putting more in and expecting to get more out of it.

I’m investing in each shoot to make it special for my couples, some local vendors, and my portfolio. It’s truly a win, win, win situation.

For this session, I brought a bike, a blanket, a basket, purchased an amazing charcuterie board from the Cheese Queen BG and a bottle of rosé. It really enhanced the experience for the couple and added more depth and story to my images.

Going above and beyond to help craft sessions is my new favorite thing and I can’t wait until my next shoot!
